GreenLight Mobility Franchising (GLM) provides mobility solutions (e.g. wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, bathroom modifications) to consumers in their home. Customers are most frequently referred to GLM by hospitals, doctors, therapists, rehab facilities (nurse, social workers). GLM staff performs in-home safety assessments, identify/prioritize needed modifications, and rapidly install solutions that enable people to safely live in their homes in their time of need (e.g. aging, cardiac/pulmonary issues, Parkinsons, MS, traumatic injuries, stroke, etc.). The home healthcare market is >$100B, and GLM’s specific market is forecast to grow 4x by 2030. GLM Franchising is a founder led business that’s expanding nationwide, and they’re empowering their franchisees to both “do good and do well”, as entrepreneurs in their chosen local communities.
Position Overview:
The Franchise Support position is based at GLM Franchising HQ offices, supporting the CEO administratively, as well as interacting with prospective and current franchisees via phone, email, and virtual meetings. This new role will interact with every function of the company, for the primary purpose of supporting franchise growth. For example, the successful candidate will coordinate HQ visits by prospective (discovery day) and new franchisees (on-boarding, training sessions), assist the CEO with franchise compliance activity, support day-to-day franchise operations needs. Franchise Support will be collect/compile data, generate reports, perform customer service, in a manner consistent with GLM’s culture, guidelines and brand image.
Key responsibilities may include:
Administrative Support:
1. Managing franchisee inquiries and requests through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
2. Maintaining franchisee contact information and updating databases.
3. Processing paperwork related to franchise agreements, renewals, and payments.
4. Filing and organizing important franchise documents.
5. Scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between franchisees and corporate staff.
6. Coordinate territory mapping/checks
Support Franchisee Engagement:
1. Monitoring franchisee utilization of brand resources (operational, marketing) and franchise legal compliance.
2. Identifying potential compliance issues and escalating them to the appropriate parties.
3. Distributing/providing access to brand updates and training materials to franchisees.
Operational Support:
1.Assisting with franchisee onboarding process
2. Update brand manuals as needed
3.Introducing brand specified/recommended vendors, licensing resources
4. Providing support with marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
5. Utilizing existing checklists, creating new as needed
6. Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchisees.
7. Coordinating logistics for franchisee events and training sessions.
Customer Service:
1. Handling customer inquiries related to franchise locations.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with franchisees, and escalating as appropriate.
3. Providing information about franchise locations and services.
Required Experience & Skills:
1.Several years working in the franchise industry, working knowledge of franchising
2. Excellent verbal, written communication capabilities and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with franchisees, prospects, suppliers, colleagues.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data, reports, legal submission, internal and external communication.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other relevant software for communication, data management and reporting.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position offers a stipend towards health insurance.
