Duties

- Engage in direct sales activities, including outside sales efforts to promote our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all potential clients are contacted and serviced appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or retail environments.
- Strong skills in account management and territory management to maximize client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with direct sales processes, as well as outside sales strategies, is highly desirable.
- A background in technical sales is a plus, enabling you to communicate product benefits effectively to clients.
