🔧 What You'll Do
As our go-to AP expert, you'll help keep our financial engine running smoothly:

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently

• Maintain spotless records and ensure vendors are paid on time

• Handle expense allocations across properties with precision

• Manage credit card reconciliations and ensure timely payments

• Support monthly close processes and bank reconciliations

• Collaborate with U.S.-based property managers to resolve discrepancies

• Keep general ledgers accurate and up to date

• Provide backup support within the accounting department

🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a detail-obsessed finance professional who thrives in remote work and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Must-Haves:

• Prior AP & invoice reconciliation experience for a U.S.-based company

• Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel (ResMan or Yardi is a plus!)

• Strong communication skills in English—written and verbal

• Ability to work independently during night shift hours

• High-speed internet, reliable laptop/PC, and a quiet work setup
