At Greenlink Energy Solutions, we’re on a mission to make homes healthier, more efficient, and solar-powered. We’re looking for a Solar Technician (Roofer) to join our field team and help install high-quality solar systems on homes and multi-family buildings across the region.

What You’ll Do:
- Install residential and multi-family solar PV systems, including mounting hardware, panels, and racking
- Ensure all roofing and weatherproofing work is completed with precision and care
- Work on rooftops to attach solar arrays securely while protecting structural integrity
- Collaborate with electricians and project leads to meet install timelines
- Uphold Greenlink’s safety standards and jobsite protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of roofing or construction experience, ideally on residential roofs
- Comfortable and confident working at heights and on ladders
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, professional installs
- Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Roofing certifications (e.g. GAF, Owens Corning) are a plus
- Experience with asphalt shingle, metal, and/or flat roofing systems
- Interest or experience in solar energy or HVAC integration
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain)
- Stand, climb, bend, kneel, and squat throughout the workday
- Comfortable working at heights for extended periods
