That's why we're looking for a skilled Sales Consultant to identify and connect with potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle. This role requires a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to present our solutions in a compelling way. Every prospect represents an opportunity to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance profitability.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Taking prospects through the full sales process from initial meetings and discovery calls through product demos, proposals, and negotiation.
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments throughout each month, quarter, and year to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilizing cold calls, emails, door knocking, relationship building, and inbound leads to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Report to Management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Identify the best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.

  • Must have an active referral partner network (e.g., CPAs, brokers, consultants) that they can leverage upon hire.
  • Prior HR or Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related CRM software.
  • EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
