We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage and close new homeowners on smart home and security packages. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, educating homebuyers on their options, and ensuring they experience the full benefits of a modern, connected home.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage & Educate : Connect with new homeowners to introduce smart home and security system solutions available through their builder.
- Consult & Close : Conduct needs assessments, explain package benefits, and close sales to ensure homeowners maximize their home’s smart features.
- Builder Collaboration : Work closely with builders and design teams to integrate HomeLink’s offerings into the home-buying process.
- Lead Management : Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Demonstrate Solutions : Conduct virtual presentations showcasing smart home technology to new homebuyers in one-on-one meetings.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell : Identify opportunities to upgrade security and automation packages based on homeowner needs.
