Responsibilities
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps, adhering to delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain a clean driving record while following all traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with delivery routes in the local area is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate delivery documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a logistics role is preferred but not required.
