Responsibilities:
- Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo per operating procedure.
- Plan and direct loading/unloading of the vehicle for optimal customer service and safe transportation of products.
- Train seasonal/new employees in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and other duties aligned with the role.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 0-2 years' driver experience (Skill Level I) or 3-9 years' driver experience (Skill Level II), with potential for advancement to Skill Level III after 10 years of experience.
- A valid CDL Class A license, with specific site qualifications and progression may apply.
- High School graduate or GED, may be offset by experience.
