Who We're Seeking: Medication Aide
We're seeking a dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate Medication Aide to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
As a Medication Aide, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents. Responsibilities include accurately tracking, ordering, and dispensing medications to our residents, conducting and recording vital tests such as blood sugar levels, administering insulin injections, and managing resident vitals. Additionally, you'll assist in facilitating communication between family members and doctors, scheduling appointments, and providing caregiving support as needed.

Total compensation is made up of a competitive base wage, with additional pay earned from shift differentials and premiums for CNA/CMA certifications. Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with resident transfers, stand for extended periods (80% or more of shifts), and promptly respond to resident and emergency needs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
