Smoothie Barista (FOH Team Member) Job Description
Greens and Grains Corporate Cape May County is hiring Smoothie Baristas for our Stone Harbor (seasonal) and Cape May Courthouse (year-round) locations. We are a 100% plant-based (vegan) quick service restaurant based in Atlantic County, Camden County, Monmouth County and Cape May County. Our corporate locations also have a food truck as well as a location in Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies.
J*_ob Duties:*_
providing excellent customer service
making smoothies and smoothie bowls
taking customer orders at the registertaking customer orders over the phone
organizing take out and delivery orders
food prep like peeling bananas, cutting pineapple, cleaning kale
cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping, washing blenders and pans
Pay starting at $17 an hour (combo of base pay and credit card tips) plus cash tips (typically $1-$2 an hour). This base rate is subject to increase based on employees skill set and work history.
Requirements:
morning/daytime availability
weekend availability as needed
closes as neededideally has transportation
can lift 40lbs
customer service experience required
great personality, enjoys working with people, professional appearance
food service or food prep experience a bonus
Store hours are 8am-8pm and 10am-8pm
