Store Manager Job Description
Greens and Grains is a chain of Fast Casual Restaurants in Atlantic County, Monmouth County, Camden County and Cape May County. Serving a fast and fresh, 100% plant-based menu. Greens and Grains Cape May County is now hiring for a Store Manager to work alongside our Operating Partner.
The management team will be responsible for our seasonal location in Stone Harbor and year-round location in Cape May Court House. This position consists of working in the store on various stations in both the FOH and BOH, managing employees in FOH/BOH, and daily operational duties such as inventory, temp checks, cleaning duties etc. You will be spending time at multiple locations and focusing on quality control, training and consistency in food and service.
Must have 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in food service. A mix of boh/caluniary experience along with foh experience is preferred as we are food focused. However we are willing to train the right person on kitchen functions if they do not have kitchen experience. A passion for or willingness to learn about plant-based foods is a plus. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is a must. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Stores hours range from 8am-8pm or 10am-8pm. Hours required are roughly 45-55 hours a week, depending on the season. This position is perfect for someone who is self motivated with leadership and organization skills, who is business minded and looking for a company to grow with. This company is expanding into more locations in Cape May County as well as nationwide. This position will report directly to the Operating Partner and work in tandem with them. We have a great team and we are looking to add to this family. This position is for Cape May County.
