We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and ensure that our facility operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of nursing home operations, including staff management, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure that residents receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets that align with the facility’s mission and goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a highly skilled and compassionate workforce.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Monitor and improve resident satisfaction, ensuring effective communication with families and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the facility, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
