Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily nursing operations on the assigned unit
Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and assessments
Lead and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations
Monitor and maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and medication administration protocols
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Current (RN) or LPN license in North Carolina or compact state
Minimum of [2] years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
