Position Summary :
As a HVAC Lead Installer, your job is to complete and supervise the installation of gas furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, ductless heat pumps, water heaters, mechanical ventilation systems, and seismic shutoff valves. Additionally, you may be needed to perform maintenance, and service calls on equipment for existing or new clients. You are responsible for protecting the client's property and holding your team to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. We expect that you will responsibly and respectfully supervise and train any apprentices or helpers on your team.
