Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintains customer service records in the computer system
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
- Oversees employee training and development
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Requirements - Service Manager:
- Service Manager experience
- Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of business management
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment screening
