Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director for Greensboro Nursing Home, Greensboro, Vermont. Come join our community at our not-for-profit, award-winning facility located in beautiful, small town Vermont. The Greensboro Nursing Home, ranked in the top three nursing homes in Vermont by US News and World Reports, is a 30-bed, not-for-profit facility dedicated to providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a warm, homelike atmosphere. The 50-year old facility has deep roots in the local community and consistently receives grant funding from local non-profits and government agencies that have allowed us to continually upgrade the facility. The LNHA/Executive Director is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining the financial health of the facility, providing leadership to the directors of the nursing, rehabilitation, social services, food services, and maintenance teams, as they recruit, train, and retain excellent staff to maintain a strong morale and positive work environment, and working with the Board of Directors to keep the facility on track with its mission and long term goals. As the leader of a not-for-profit nursing home you will not need to divert funds from resident care to corporate headquarters. You will be working in an institution with strong connections to and enthusiastic support from the local community. You will work with excellent, dedicated staff, and you will have to opportunity to help make the facility ever more comfortable and home-like for the residents.
