Responsibilities
- Triage and prioritize incoming problems from clients based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria
- Design solutions to problem statements that solve within and beyond the problem statement formally provided by the client or internal stakeholders
- Leads agile development processes from stand-ups to grooming sessions
- Self-identify problems or improvements that would be valuable improvements to the product set that impact more than a single user
- Produces detailed User Stories, problem statement definitions, and solution specifications that contain targeted sets of acceptance criteria
- Presents complex information, issues, processes, and potential solutions in an organized and summarized fashion to the scrum team and a variety of other stakeholders through several types of deliverables
- Constructs detailed product documentation as need arises from the business
- Fosters a highly skilled and engaged development workforce
- Effective cross development team collaboration that strives to create a silo free work environment
- Define, analyze, and manage metrics that track the success of managed products (KPIs)
- Effectively and efficiently communicates product changes both internally for stakeholders and externally for users
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in a related area required (or equivalent work experience)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within a software development environment, preferably as a Product Owner, Product Manager, UX Designer, Business Analyst, or QA specialist
- Proven record of accomplishment overseeing aspects of large-scale projects including planning, requirements gathering, resource management, and budget
- Experience in Agile based software development is preferred
- Technical knowledge of Information Technology field, software development, and computer systems
- Familiarity with the following Product Management and / or software development toolsets; Azure DevOps, SQL Syntax, Pendo, Miro / Figma / Lucid, and Postman
