ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inquires about the agency retreats and other services that may come via telephone, website or in person.
- Update electronic health record participant information at time of registration.
- Support program participants with daily needs, including management of kitchen, participant orders for lunch, shirts, books or other resources, and maintenance of shared spaces.
- Enter bills, expenses and payments into agency accounting system.
- Support program staff with preparation of education and training room, ensuring group room have all needed supplies.
- Prepare participant information for weekly retreats to include name tags, assessment files,
- Scan, copy and file program information.
- Assist agency leadership in preparing and sending outreach newsletters to alumnae, referral sources, and other community partners.
- Other duties that support the daily operations of the clinical and administrative team in carrying out the mission of the Green Shoe Foundation
Qualifications
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and time-management abilities to manage numerous appointments and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Computer Proficiency: Prefer familiarity with Canva, scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant software applications.
- Customer Service: Proven dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to participants and being mindful of the Green Shoe model.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include depth perception. The employee is required to sit for periods of time to perform functions on the computer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
