Position : Mail Print Administrator
Role Summary : Our Mail Print Administrator will facilitate the Company's mail and print fulfillment activities.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Adhere to all established procedures for the company's mailing and printing operations.
- Coordinate and execute both regularly scheduled and ad-hoc print jobs.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
- Support the processing of returned mail, including making outbound calls to customers.
- Actively participate in operations support email communications.
- Review print and mailing requests to ensure proper print and finishing instructions are followed.
- Maintain logs and reporting documentation.
- Perform shipping tasks using service web interfaces.
- Take proactive measures to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
- Uphold and promote the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
Shifts : The hours for this position will be 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in office with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime may be required from time-to-time.
Location : Alpharetta, Georgia
Organizational : This position reports to the Department Ops Manager, Mail Print.
