Position Overview: As an Irrigation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing irrigation projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with the designers, project managers, and the irrigation team to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. This is a leadership role, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about irrigation, can read and execute plans, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Lead to join our team with the possibility of moving into a management position fairly quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage irrigation installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to high standards.
- Read and interpret irrigation plans and schematics to execute the installation of full irrigation systems.
- Supervise and train junior team members, ensuring quality control and safety throughout all stages of the installation process.
- Perform hands-on irrigation system installation and maintenance, including but not limited to pulling pipe, installing back flow preventers, installing weather stations, controllers, and valves.
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems as needed.
- Must be able to perform winterizations and startups
- Manage materials, tools, and resources to ensure efficient project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep detailed records of work completed, materials used, and time spent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting irrigation plans and designs.
- Ability to install a complete irrigation system from the ground up.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of irrigation products, tools, and systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
