Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. As a CNA at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living, you will provide person-centered care to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Current license for Nurse Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification required
