- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 yrs of acute med surg experience.
- Willingness to float is Required

- Resume (2 yr of acute med surg experience).
- Skills checklist
- Basic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Driver's license
- Covid Card
- Flu shot
