The Occupational Therapist will work in an Acute / Outpatient setting in Syracuse, NY on a travel contract basis. The shift is Days, 5x8.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in either Acute or Outpatient settings
- Resume
- Certification / licensure of Occupational Therapy
- Skills checklist
- Bachelor’s or above Degree
- NY State License
- BLS (must be from AHA)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Driver's license
- Covid Card
- Flu shot
- EPIC experience
Qualifications
Education details : Bachelor’s or above Degree, NY State License, BLS certification
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of either Acute or Outpatient experience, Certification / licensure of Occupational Therapy, BLS certification, EPIC experience
Preferred Skills
Supervisory experience, Driver's license, Covid Card, Flu shot
Pay range and compensation package
The pay rate is up to $72.85 an hour (Blended rate) and the overtime rate of $60. Weekly Gross : $2,914. Referral bonuses of up to $1000.00
