- Adults 18 years
- Flexible days and hours
- No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:3
- Full-time, average 25 patients per day
- Cerner EMR, hospital-employment
- Hospitalist group admits all patients
- Join full support staff
- Seeking long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care
- Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA in hand/able to transfer - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDS in hand/able to transfer - REQUIRED
- Current - 3 years of the last 5 years - in Outpatient Family Medicine experience - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Base salary contingent upon experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
