- Start - ASAP
- 10-hour days - 8:00 am-6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Must be willing and able to perform common office-based, outpatient surgical procedures (i.e. ambulatory surgery, stitches/staples, superficial burn treatment, biopsies, etc.)
- Outpatient and clinic setting
- Averages 18 patients per day on the high end
- Provides a total assessment of the patient's health status, including systematic health history, a physical examination, and diagnostic testing.
- Assesses patient/family learning needs and provides appropriate patient education.
- Determines and prescribes medication, dosage, and schedule, given the patient's condition and allergies.
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- MI licensing (in hand or in process) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
