- Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 3-4 days per month
- Clinic Practice Setting
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- EMR EPIC
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- OH license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS (by time of start)
- Must within a 40-mile radius or willing to relocate - REQUIRED
- Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
