Schedule/Availability Requirements
Setting: Rural Critical Access 25 Hospital - no neonatal - stabilize and transfer if needed
Duties: labor and delivery and any emergency GYN - ER Pediatrics that are admitted to hospital
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: labor and delivery - c-sections and any emergency OB/GYN or Pediatric coverage
EMR: Meditech
Support Staff: Family Birth Center Nursing staff and Anesthesia staff
Reason for Coverage: only 2 local providers
Dealbreakers: N/A

1-2 newborns a day - this varies - We delivered 300 babies in total last year. Just depends on the number of pregnancies that are due during the month. Mostly normal deliveries, C-Sections
