Our client in Ector County, TX is in need of a NP / PA (Emergency Medicine) for a locum assignment!
Job details :
- Start : ASAP
- Date s of Coverage : 8 / 1, 8 / 4, 8 / 11, 8 / 12, 8 / 19-8 / 21
- Reason for Coverage : Start-up
- Practice Setting : ER
- Number of ED Physicians in Group : Single physician coverage 6-6 12-hour max shift length for MDs
- Fast Track in ED
- Percent (%) of Total ED Volume Treated by Fast Track : 2-3 BEDS
- Average Number of Patients Per Day : 30-34 in a 12-hour split between MD / APP on shift
- Documentation System / EMR : Meditech
- Trauma Level / Designation : 3
- ED Staff Responds to House Codes
- Deliveries Received in ED and Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery
- ED Responsible for Monitoring / Supervising Paramedics / Ambulance by Radio
- APP will be supervised by a present Physician during assignment
- 24-Hour Availability for Radiology (CT, MRI, X-Ray), Laboratory, & Anesthesia
- Blood Bank - Certified by AABB
- Surgical Services : CT, Neuro, Vascular, Ortho
- Description of Consultants : Radiologist, Pulmonologist, Neurologist
