Our client in North Indiana is in need of a Perm Family Medicine physician for full time coverage!

Patient population : Pediatric through Geriatric
Procedures : Primarily responsible to assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital / medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital / medical practice for further care management.
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Job Requirements :
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
IN license (or willing to obtain)
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
DEA (or willing to obtain)
COVID-vaccination
What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer :
Starting salary range : $240,000-$260,000 production
