Detailed Job Description:
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting. They will be responsible for performing endoscopies, managing general GI cases, and working collaboratively with support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform endoscopies and manage general GI cases.
- Collaborate with nurses and medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Gastroenterology is required.
- A valid state license (Rhode Island) is necessary.
- DEA registration is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in gastroenterology is preferred.
Work Environment:
- The ideal candidate will work 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
- Clinic hours are from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Inpatient only, no weekends.
