**Job Title:** Hospitalist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitalist to join our team at {company}.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Care for a daily census of 20-25 patients per team
- Manage nightly admissions, which are typically low (5-10) early in the night
- Collaborate with physicians on shifts from 7a-7p (two physicians) and 7p-7a (one physician)
- Handle daily encounters, averaging 10-15 per day
- Work alongside APPs on shifts from 7a-7p (two APPs)
- Address daily encounters, averaging 7-10 per day
Educational and Clinical Requirements:
- Number of ICU beds: 8 (OPEN ICU)
- Specialty coverages: cardiologist, neurologist, OB, Pulmonology
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Skilled in intubation and central lines, as hospitalists respond to codes
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
About the Facility:
- 31 med-surg beds/private rooms available
- Ability to double up beds if needed
