- Start : 12 / 27 / 2024
- 24 hour call shifts (7a-7a)
- All shifts below end the following day at 7a.
- Dec 27 (7a) - Jan 2 (7a)
- Jan 23 (7a) - 28 (7a)
- Feb 20 (7a) - 26 (7a)
- Mar 6 (7a) - 11 (7a)
- Setting : Call
- FTE : 1
- Required Procedures / Job Duties : Pending from site
- EMR : EPIC
- Support Staff : None
- Reason for Coverage : Provider absence
- Dealbreakers (Do Not Present) : Pending from site
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
