Work Details Desired Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 and 10 hr shifts Worksite Setting : Inpatient / Outpatient / Surgery Centers Work under supervision of MDs Scope of Work : Administer anesthesia endotracheal tubes Respirators Arterial central and peripheral venous lines Monitors, maintains, and interprets data and waveforms Monitors vital signs Case Mix : ENDO, ORTHO, Vascular, OB, Neuro, General Surg, Spine, Cardiac; No PEDs ORs : 12 UT; 5 surgery centers, 4 GI Of the case mix, are there any cases CRNAs will not perform or are limited to ( i.e. : regional, epidural)? Based on competency for spinal, epidural, and occasional regional blocks. No hearts. What is the average volume / acuity on each? ENDO, ORTHO, Vascular, OB, Neuro, General Surg, Spine, Cardiac we do all specialties with the exception of transplant, we have a designated cardiac team on staff. What is the rotation and coverage between main OR and surgery centers? Based on assignment, surgery center does sports medicine, gyn, urology, eyes. What is the anesthesia model- care team approach or are attending s more involved directing CRNAs? Care team approach EMR : EPIC SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certification : yes, required CT License : not required on submission (will reimburse if successful) DEA : yes, required ACLS, BLS : yes, required What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer : Pay rate : W2 - $215; 1099 - $240 Travel expenses reimbursed : Flight, hotel, rental car and mileage reimburse at the IRs standard rate Internal travel team can assist with arrangements.
