What You’ll Do:
- Process loan servicing transactions (restructures, reamortizations, payoffs, etc.)
- Research & resolve loan issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage ACH setups, wire transfers, and payment reconciliations
- Monitor exception reports & provide critical follow-ups
- Act as a subject matter expert for loan accounting systems
What experience can you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Agribusiness is preferred – HS Diploma is required.
- 1 years of accounting, loan accounting/servicing or relevant financial institution experience required.
- Must be proficient in computer technology and Microsoft applications along with loan accounting systems.
- Must be proficient in fundamental accounting principles and understanding of lending transactions.
- Critical thinking with sound accounting judgment and analytic skills are required.
- Ability to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to quickly adjust between tasks as priorities shift.
- Must have strong reading comprehension and deductive reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.

Salary : $150 - $400
