We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team.
Greenstone Travel is a boutique travel firm specializing in 5-star custom travel arrangements for private families and individuals. Applicants will work closely with the owner of the agency and assist in all aspects of trip planning as well as some aspects of agency operations. Responsibilities
Client & Travel Support
- Assist in designing bespoke luxury travel itineraries, coordinating flights, hotels, private transportation, and exclusive experiences.
- Conduct in-depth research on luxury hotels, destinations, cruises, and special events to enhance client experiences.
- Work with tour operator/DMC partners to design, present/sell, and manage custom vacation itineraries from conception to return home.
- Prepare polished client-facing documents, including travel proposals, confirmations, and final itineraries.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, leading to an exciting and satisfying consumer experience.
- Exhibit strong drive and motivation to handle a high volume of leads, as well as offer creativity in problem solving and seek ways to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
- Process travel bookings, invoices, and payments while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain an organized CRM system with client preferences, travel history, and important details.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, or executive support.
- Strong knowledge of high-end travel brands, destinations, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work efficiently to meet them.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, remote-friendly work environment (option to work in Phoenix office available but not required).
- Tech-savvy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a must, while Google Workspace and other project management tools are a plus.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus) as well as Clientbase CRM is a plus but not required.
