OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
A Warranty Manager is responsible for working with our customers to deliver an
exceptional customer experience. Our motto is “you never get a second chance to make a
lasting impression.” Your success as a Warranty Manager will be measured by customer satisfaction
ratings, timely resolution of warranty claims, and adherence to budget and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- WARRANTY:
Conduct proactive and timely warranty walks with homeowners to assess and address any concerns.
Coordinate and collaborate with Trade Partners to ensure effective and efficient resolution of warranty items.
Effective time management and logical decision-making
Capacity to handle fast pace, high volume pressure
Willingness to travel extensively to GreenTech communities and construction sites
Utilize tools to perform small carpentry tasks or punch work as necessary.
- QUALITY
Strong focus on quality.
Develop comprehensive understanding of GreenTech warranty standards,
client specifications, etc.
Maintain a great working relationship with Trade Partners
- COMMUNICATION
Develop and maintain excellent client relations and goodwill building through weekly correspondence with homeowners regarding scheduling, project expectations, etc.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ensure budgets, change orders and specs are followed to completion
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of residential construction or highly relevant experience * Self-starter who can work well both as a part of a team and independently * Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record * Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BuilderTrend or similar software. * Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical homeowners.
REPORTING:
The Warranty Manager will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Warranty
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
