Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for a Sales Account Manager.
Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces and automated biomass boilers that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and demonstrate the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals in a business to business environment.
Sales Account Manager Job Duties:
· Identifying potential customers and closing deals.
· Establish & maintain customer relationships.
· Prospect & initiate contact with potential customers.
· Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
· Must be knowledgeable about our product lines.
· Process orders for customers via phone, in person, trades shows, etc.
· Following through to guarantee customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate and communicate with colleagues.
· Maintain contacts within a CRM and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
· Handle incoming inquiries by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about our products and services.
· Perform cost, benefit, and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements/Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Proven work experience as a sales representative. A minimum of 12 months’ previous experience. Some travel is required. Must have clean driving record.
