The Role
At Green Thumb, continuous innovation is a key focus area as we seek to create the best product experiences for cannabis consumers. As an Innovation - Assistant Brand Manager, Edibles & Specialty you will be critical in executing our innovation strategy across key product categories to turn innovation concepts into revenue-generating products that grow our business and delight both our trade partners and our consumers. Innovation in the edibles and specialty category may include expansion of existing product lines and the optimization of existing products.
The Innovation - Assistant Brand Manager, Edibles & Specialty works collaboratively & cross-functionally with creative services, operations, consumer insights, brand & commercial marketing, quality, compliance, and R&D. This role will involve hands-on management of key workflows in the early stages of the product lifecycle - we are looking for someone with high curiosity and an insatiable desire to create and innovate the edible / oral delivery of cannabis.

Strategy :
- Maintain intelligence on the market dynamics, including competitive landscape, market share, and environmental factors impacting GTI's optimal product portfolio for assigned categories.
- Support the continued optimization of our innovation processes and systems.

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and / or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
60,000-$70,000 USD
