Administrator in Training (AIT)

Job Description:

The AIT Program is a full-time program in which the AIT obtains practical on-the-job training in a skilled nursing environment under the direct supervision of an experienced and knowledgeable Administrator. This person will be traveling between our 2 facilities located in Clintonville, WI along with working potentially in the Green Bay area.

Pay: $60,000/year

As the administrator in training, you will be responsible for:

• assisting with the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility
• helping to ensure regulatory compliance
• supporting facility directors and employees in providing exceptional quality of care
• overseeing quality initiatives and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin NHA license
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other healthcare field
• knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• previous work experience in a skilled nursing facility
