Flexible Scheduling!
- The RN Supervisor must have a current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Rhode Island or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting
- Proficiency in healthcare software (PCC) to keep track of all patients
The RN Supervisor assists the administrator and oversees and coordinates nursing staff activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. They provide clinical guidance, conduct staff training, and handle patient care assessments to maintain efficient and effective nursing operations.
