Job Details

  • Unit staffing description- MT, at times a tech is staffed depending on census.
  • Type of equipment : Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Documentation system : Meditech.
  • Patient Experience requirements.

    • Job Requirements

  • Must have : Critical thinking, self-motivated.
  • Advanced skills needed.
  • Procedures performed on unit : Central line insertions, dialysis catheter insertions.

    • Schedule Information

  • Scheduling requirements : 36 hours weekly.
  • Floating policy : Float in rotation with core staffing.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit Name : ICU / CCU.
  • Made blankets for hospice patients, Daisy Award- implemented by Critical Care RN.
  • Available unit specific policies and guidelines upon request.
