We are actively seeking a new Verizon Sales Enrollment Associate to join our team and assist in this growth! As a Verizon Sales Enrollment Associate, you will participate in forging relationships and acting as the first point of contact between our company and our customers. You will learn proven techniques in customer service, sales, and client relations to ensure that customer needs are met and their expectations are exceeded through personalized customer care.
Responsibilities of a Verizon Sales Enrollment Associate:
- Assist in managing existing local accounts as well as participate in the direct acquisition of potential customers by providing exceptional direct customer service and sales support to local residents in the region
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, clients, and the company to ensure all lines of communication remain open and effective
- Respond to all inquiries and concerns from customers promptly and professionally regarding Verizon products and services
- Advocate for client interests regarding sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics while providing all customers with personalized and effective customer service
- Abide by all compliance policies set forth by the client when handling sensitive customer information, ensuring all transactions meet legal regulatory and privacy requirements
Qualifications of a Verizon Sales Enrollment Associate:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Previous experience in a client relations role is preferred
- Personable, ambitious individuals able to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Highly motivated, growth-oriented individuals with a passion for customer-facing roles, including customer service, sales, and client relations capacities
- Ability to adapt to changing market environments and customer expectations easily
- Proactive individuals able to think on their feet and offer effective solutions

Pay: $48,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
