Job Summary
As a Prep Cook you will be a part of our morning kitchen crew! You will be responsible for making all the from scratch products for our guests. You will also make kitchen tickets and ensure that our food gets to our guests promptly. We are a family-owned and operated pizza company and will treat you as the same. Qualifications:
Prep Cook: • Set up kitchen and start making pizza dough • Prep our other items such as sauces, dressings, cooked proteins and produce • Plate from scratch food items • Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized • Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders • Train and aid your team during rushes • Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met • Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment

Job Requirements
- Previous hospitality/food service experience is a plus
- Previous experience in the fast food industry a plus
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality environment
- Flexible availability is a plus
- Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality and have a desire to make others smile
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
