Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Patient Care
The Greenville Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
