Job Summary
The Cart Attendant position is responsible for providing exceptional member services by ensuring the golf carts are stocked and ready for golfers and maintaining the range and practice areas to the highest standards.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Demonstrate trustworthiness and teamwork by adhering to established procedures and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth start to each day
- Build trust through personalized service by welcoming members and guests warmly, demonstrating attentiveness to their needs, and offering assistance as appropriate
- Foster effective communication and teamwork by relaying important information promptly and efficiently, enhancing coordination between departments.

- Demonstrate innovation by consistently maintaining a clean and organized Starter House, enhancing the overall experience for members and guests
- Showcase innovation by ensuring the range is well-prepared and maintained, contributing to an exceptional golfing experience for members
- Innovate by anticipating member needs and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available, enhancing convenience and satisfaction
Effective Communication:
- Prioritize effective communication by promptly reporting any equipment issues or needs to supervisors, ensuring the smoother operation of golf cart and facility maintenance
- Communicate effectively by ensuring that the range is always ready for member use and that safety hazards, such as balls on the target greens, are promptly addressed
Balance and Appreciation:
- Demonstrate appreciation for the position and the facility diligently following closing procedures, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the course
- Emphasize balance and appreciation for safety by adhering to safety guidelines and promptly reporting any concerns, prioritizing the well-being of members, guests and staff
Education and/or Experience
• Must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of golf is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and good manners are a must
- Ability to work weekends
Physical Requirements
- Constant movement about the facility and grounds
- Frequent operation of equipment including picker and golf carts
- Frequent communication with members, must be able to exchange accurate information
- Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Work is mostly outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
