Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Server position is responsible for greeting and serving members and guests in assigned food & beverage venues, ensuring a quality member experience with the highest level of member and guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
Trust and Teamwork
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently reporting to work on time and in proper uniform.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to efficiently complete assigned setup and breakdown side work.
- Attend pre-shift line-up to receive and share daily information, fostering a culture of teamwork and unity.
- Provide immediate attention to members and guests upon seating, building trust though attentive and personalized service.
- Assist children in seating, ensuring every member of our community feels welcomed and valued.
Innovation:
- Showcase creativity and innovation in addressing member inquiries, distributing appropriate menus, and delivering food and alcohol knowledge.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations in a friendly and courteous manner, enriching the dining experience through innovative ideas.
- Assemble food and beverages on trays with creative flair, utilizing appropriate instruments, garnishes, and dressings.
Effective Communication:
- Ensure accurate billing by inputting correct member names and numbers, exemplifying the importance of effective communication.
- Communicate promptly with management regarding any issues with food or service, fostering transparency and proactive problem-solving.
- Present the bill with clear communication, offering a fond farewell and accurately inputting any promotions or comps.
Balance and Appreciation:
- Prioritize member and guest satisfaction by checking back to ensure their needs are met, demonstrating a balance between efficiency and attentive service.
- Remove soiled dishes and glassware while replacing silverware as necessary, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment that reflects appreciation for our members and guests.
- Present coffee, cordial, and dessert offerings with a touch of elegance and appreciation for the dining experience.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Minimum 1 year or experience in fine dining food and beverage service
- Private club experience a plus

Physical Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age of older
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Must be able to move about the dining room to service guests
- Continuous repetitive motions
- Requires carrying of trays at shoulder level weighing up to 25 lbs
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50lbs
- Occasional pushing and pulling of items up to 50lbs
