Associate Dentist
Schedule:
M-F 8am to 5pm
Compensation:
Potential at 30% production could result in a range of $200k - $350k first year.
- Patient Examination and Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough oral examinations using tools like X-rays, dental probes, and mirrors to diagnose dental conditions like cavities, gum disease, or oral cancer.
- Treatment Planning:
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs, considering factors like oral health history, current condition, and patient's lifestyle preferences.
- Dental Procedures:
- Perform various dental treatments which include:
- Cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
- Filling cavities with materials like amalgam, composite, or gold.
- Root canal therapy to treat infected teeth.
- Extractions of teeth when necessary.
- Fitting and placement of dental prosthetics like crowns, bridges, dentures, or implants.
- Orthodontic treatments such as braces or clear aligners for teeth alignment.
- Perform various dental treatments which include:
- Preventive Care:
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, diet, and lifestyle choices that affect dental health.
- Administer fluoride treatments or sealants to prevent decay.
- Cosmetic Dentistry:
- Offer cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, or contouring to improve the appearance of teeth.
- Emergency Care:
- Handle dental emergencies like abscesses, broken teeth, or severe pain.
- Record Keeping:
