Job Summary
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources department. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Manage vendor relationships for HR services
- Oversee clerical tasks related to HR functions
- Coordinate medical office management tasks
- Handle general office duties within the HR department
- Supervise front desk operations
- Manage calendars and schedules for HR activities
- Provide leadership and guidance in organizational development
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Strong background in vendor management and vendor negotiation
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Proficiency in office operations and procedures
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage HR functions efficiently

Pay: $37,000.00 - $39,520.00 per year
