The Assistant Director of Nursing (“ADON”) is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in the overall management, supervision, and direction of the nursing services department. Under the direction of the DON, the ADON is responsible for the planning, direction, and evaluation of effective and comprehensive nursing care practices which promote, maintain, and restore the wellbeing of all patients. Required to work occassional on call .
