- Skilled nursing facility / post acute care experience
- Extensive knowledge of infection prevention
- Ability to educate others and match their learning needs
- PCC experience is recommended
- Recruiting / hiring experience is ideal Your day to day : As Director of Staff Development, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our staff members are compliant with regulations by providing education and coaching.
You'll conduct in-services and any necessary trainings.
Additionally, you'll be an active participant in our hiring process by conducting interviews and attending hiring events at local colleges with our Regional Recruiter, getting students excited about a future with Brushy Creek Post Acute.
